Nuclear Communities was founded on a conviction: that host community institutional readiness is a measurable, buildable, and financeable asset. When communities are genuinely prepared, structurally included, and actively engaged, projects move forward; on time, with durable public support, and with lasting benefit to the people closest to them.
Our work sits at the intersection of project finance law, international development economics, and community infrastructure design. We call our framework for measuring and building community readiness the NC Certainty Score.
Nuclear Communities is based in New Jersey and operates nationally. We are a team of attorneys, financiers, and community development professionals who believe that love, peace, and community are not soft values: they are the foundation of durable infrastructure.
